Co-worker and I were trying to figure out the Flowers in the Attic family tree, because there’s not a really good one anywhere on the ‘net. So I made this.
X = Dead/Widowed
Horizontal dashes = Affair
Vertical dashes = Adopted
Double-slash = Divorce

cultqueen:

I’d love know more about Virginia Andrews, I used to read her books all the time, and she seems like a really interesting person. The website this is linked to had ‘V.C Andrews’ day yesterday, so they’ve posted a few articles about her, one interview even claims that ‘Flowers in the Attic’ was based on a true story.

All of my dreams have come true. Please go check it out and learn that FLOWERS IN THE ATTIC is kind of based on a true story.
